Slip into D’Vine Wine Cellar, a hidden wine bar here to temper the underground desires of Downtown LA’s wine society. Located in the roots of the O Hotel under the building’s Bar +
Kitchen restaurant, D’Vine is the wine-lover’s trump card, playable on first dates, long days, and social gatherings.

The attraction for storing wine down below is a cool climate control, but with D’Vine, General Manager Jeremy Light has also made it the perfect setting for pouring, swirling, and toasting. Under cover of soft lighting and rustic wooden elements sit communal tables and comfortably furnished nooks, a long bar, and a wine list with over 50 varietals for all varieties of aficionado. Whites, reds, roses, sparkling wines, and on- tap labels have traveled here from around the globe. An impressive collection of grape- based spirits hide here as well: brandy, absinthe, cognac, and pisco to reveal a few. Rare vintage whiskey rounds out the choices underground. A few sips ready the palette for D’Vine’s shared plate offerings of rilettes, tartines, charcuturie, assorted cheeses, vegetables (pickled or marinated), house-made pates, and desserts.
